just in case everyone should go to their roster and select their keepers as all 38 players since highroller has been adding them. the draft hasn't actually started and if someone isn't selected a keeper it could potentially drop them

Draft is completed and waiver wire is open. It won't let me change any settings on when the week starts, so it looks like some guys will have stats from the first 2 games that were played last week.

Question: my opponent has only one start left before he hits his limits. He has six starting pitchers going today, including two in the earliest game facing off against each other. Which one of those starters will count towards his team? Is it just the home team starter as he throws the first pitch?

It would be nice to get some clarification on this before the games today. If all those starts by my opponent are going to stand, then I wouldn’t bother starting my pitchers today and risking their era/whip.

If you start the day with under 10 starts all the stats count for the pitchers starting that day.

Ok. That’s a first for me.

1. Why even have max starts then? My opponent started 15 pitchers this week, that’s 50% over the “maximum.” Shouldn’t we just do away with a maximum? What’s the point?

2. Has this caveat been communicated at all anywhere? Perhaps I missed it. But I’ve been benching players all year, ensuring that I don’t go over 10 starts.

I would propose we either actually make the maximum starts a true maximum or go away from it all together. I don’t think an owner should have the ability to start 50% more games just because some scheduling luck allowed him to do so.

Playoffs should start earlier in future years. The finals shouldn't be the last week of the regular season anyway
