People seem to want what others want, and even if they really like something but others are not interested in it then they dont want it also anymore. Thats why the PMGs are where they are, and it could potentially be about a group of people who made it look like everyone wants them and then everyone actually started to really really want them (fake it until you make it?)

I sold my PMG Red and bought three Jordan Autographed cards recently. I spent more on those three than what I sold my PMG Red for. I haven't mentioned (or in your language "pumped") those cards here. They will be sold eventually

So you were pumping Star cards but it is fine according to you because you do not intend to sell it? Are you going to take it with you to the grave?

You keep.saying I pump Star cards while the real increase in value began recently when PSA began grading them. This created an interest in them now that the masses are learning the truth of what was misunderstood about Star cards for a long time

But I learned this a long time ago from research from Steve Taft website and felt differently about the 86 Fleer after that too was likely manipulated by the same culprits

I still feel the Star 101 is one of the most important Jordan cards no matter what you or your forum buddies say. I purchased mine a decade ago and am friends with real MJ collectors from way back.

You bought 3 Jordan Autos but I know you will eventually sell those too. Your motive is predictable and the same old story. same old story. Cards are just an instrument for money to you

My PC is focused.on what I love, not about exit strategy etc blah blah woof woof

Again remember some people actually collect cards and it's not ONLY about money which is the common denominator of pretty much everything you ever post about

a collector needs to collect economically; if nothing else, the more economical one is in collecting, the more one can collect. So it makes sense that collectors could need to sell at times if they think they can buy back cheaper later.

It's also the case that one cannot take either one's cards or one's money along with oneself to the great beyond, but in that case it makes sense for the collector to die with the card (which could be sold if need be, but cards might make for great heirlooms or parts of 'family archives').
