I called PSA customer service today to inquire about why I was in Assembly completed stage for close to 20 business days now, and the representative told me they wanted to send a couple cards to DNA to verify the autographs.

It was nice having an explanation provided -- this is rare in my experience.

Right, but those orders still had to be reviewed by the upcharge people even if you didn't get upcharged. So they're likely behind which is causing the delay at that step, which is where the upcharges happen.

That’s weird. Did you sub for dual? If it’s in Assembly the determination should have already been made on the autos

I have some PSA/DNA duals that have been in Assembly for few weeks too. Value Plus orders, hoping I see some movement here soon

I have an order that has been in "Completing" since late last week. Last night at around 11pm-midnight, I refreshed the order page and noticed that there was tracking info, so I copied the number and plugged it into FedEx. This morning I refreshed the order page again and the status went from Completed with full green check marks back to Completing, and the tracking number info disappeared.

I just got home from work after refreshing the app all day and refreshed the tracking number on FedEx, and it shows that FedEx has possession of the package and that it is on the way. PSA is still no longer showing tracking info.

I have never seen this happen before, but I got a call from FedEx and they confirmed that the delivery exception that I requested has been received.

My First PSA submission - would be a little embarrassing to see the analytics on how many times I've refreshed this order. While that is making this seem like an agonizingly slow process, I'm actually happy w how quickly this order seems to be moving through their system.

The 31 card Pokemon/Non-sports order popped yesterday. 28/31 gem including the only gem Katniss Everdeen "rookie card".

Catching up on some orders in here.

I had one that was sent in January and popped in March, 60 cards at $19 bulk. I was expecting a 50% gem rate and it gemmed at 82%.

I sent one in March that popped last night, 55 cards at $19 bulk. I was expecting a 75% gem rate and it gemmed at 36%. There's going to be at least 20-25 cards I'm cracking and resubmitting from this batch at the $16 special.

My Value Plus is now at two weeks with a green check mark. Hoping by posting about it, the order will pop.

I sent a Value Bulk and April Sports special in the same box. The Value Bulk hit the green check mark last night and the April Sports special did this morning. I wouldn't be shocked if one of those pops first.

There were some borderline cards in the Value Plus but nothing that honestly should be upcharged so not sure what the holdup is but clearly this is a thing now at PSA.

They should have taken more time as the person entering seemed to rush the job.

1) They wrote the wrong name of the person down on one card and the wrong card number.
2) They no specific infoed me on two cards even though I provided a checklist and the cards are in the TCDB.
3) They won't grade one of the Jackass cards I sent in because I guess they are offended by it or something, which is absurd since it's a set they grade cards from.

My Value plus order is roughly 3 weeks stuck with assembly check mark completed. It is also now passed the estimated completion date, first time I have ever seen that.

Definitely learned my lesson to just send everything bulk now, why pay a premium when the higher tiers are not going faster, and even slower in some cases?
