We all know this will sell well as this is a breaker product. I want to warn others to avoid buying boxes for themselves as they rarely turn out well.

There it is. I was waiting for the complainers to eventually get to the claim that they are just helping inform the less informed and save them some money. It always eventually goes there when they are out of any other reason to give to justify their complaining. What a great service you all do.

The discussion is about people posting less because of all the negativity. Why would I attempt to have a product discussion when all the chatter is just dissing the product? I posted all the negative comments shown on the first few pages.

Instead of making inflammatory posts and "laughing at hypocrisy" maybe try to understand the reason people are posting less - there's some hypocrisy there too for you.

Apparently you can sell every low number parallel to someone else for the price of a new car no matter what their on the field performance has been. One day that player may have a career year at age 31 like Profar who was at one point the number 1 overall prospect. Bowman should be a collector's product since the vast majority of the players in it won't even sniff the majors, but because of Pujols, Trout, Harper etc it has become purely a gamble.

Ironically, I'm well known for arguing with the complainers (and sharing my collection). So you're half right. But I'm definitely not known for negativity about the hobby. I let investors do their thing and just go about my busniess collecting what I like.

You called people who are criticizing the product entitled. That’s absurd. Look I’m done posting here as the thread has gone off the rails. Let the Bowman folks discuss the product. But people who don’t want to pay $300 for one prospect auto aren’t bitter and aren’t longing for the good old days. People criticizing the product are just pointing out it’s better to buy singles or into breaks. Buying boxes of this for oneself is foolish in my view. That’s not being angry.
