Anyone else wondering when this will drop on ePack?

There seems to be longer and longer delays with products dropping on ePack after physical release.

What if it never drops on epack, is that even possible?

Nah I don’t think it’s possible. Big chunk of the product reserved for ePack, what happens to that if they never do epack with it.

I admit I thought MM22 was gonna be late winter/early spring for ePack. Everything must just be really pushed back. What about other releases around that time- Anime vol 2, FU Midnight Sons etc, I think we’re still waiting for all that. Maybe UD just wants to give Platinum some breathing room since that’s been the rage, and MM22 epack would distract from it.

If anyone is interested and around tonight (10pm CST/11pm EDT), Spidey Hits channel is hosting a live reveal of 2 redemptions - comic book sketch cover (15 options) & the original art (Spider-man or Thor). I believe Dan dos Santos will also be there!

Late to this ballgame but I just got to see some of it….beautiful Thor OA man! That thing needs a nice matted frame asap

That comic cover was cool as well, great character in Rogue. I also saw one hit eBay, so this must be the time people are starting to get the comic covers rolling in.

I take it the other redemption, the Spider-Man OA, could be in ePack then? I guess theoretically could also be in physical, but having one in ePack and one in physical seems a lot more likely.

Thanks for tuning in; it's an absurd experience and I'm just so lucky to have hit the Golden Ticket. I can echo others when they say, it is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL in person.

Holy smokes, congrats! I'd love to pick up more boxes so I hope this means prices will come down.

A Blowout competitor had boxes on "sale" for $795 over the weekend. They're now at $819.95 and I was able to add 49 to my cart so they have a lot of boxes.

Based on eBay sales going back to January via Terapeak, prices for sealed boxes have stayed within the $700-$900 range, which is exactly where they were last fall.

I just went back through the first few pages of this thread when speculation was boxes would cost $450 at presale based on distributor pricing of $299. A few people were able to get a handful of boxes at $490 from the same Blowout competitor mentioned above, which is actually a shockingly low price considering the other big Blowout competitor started their preorders at $899.99.

Maybe once e-Pack comes out, prices will fall on sealed boxes, but I doubt it. I'm extremely curious to see how UD prices this for e-Pack.

I am surprised how boxes are still holding at $700+. Not like the singles market is hot right now, in fact it’s the opposite and prices are down. Boxes for most other marvel sets have come down in price.

That Thor painting looks better to me than the card, honestly.

At that high of a markup, there's no rush to lower the price -- the initial wave of sales probably paid for the cost to buy from Upper Deck. They can gradually sell the rest off over time.

I think you're right, I doubt these will ever go back down in price unfortunately. What I want to know is how many people are still buying after the initial hype has worn off? If you bought boxes of physical are you also going to pick these up on epack?

I like how people have given up on asking or even speculating on when this will hit ePack,

Funko hit ePack within two weeks of Platinum. So I could see MM hitting ePack soon as it appears UD is okay with releasing Marvel sets close together now. It would kill a lot of momentum for Platinum though… so maybe UD bean counters are waiting until Platinum pack and box sales drop a bit lower before dropping the MM release that will crack the website.

MM24 might come out before MM22 hits ePack at this point

Count me in there - especially with the quick release of platinum on ePack. I can’t even begin to deduce a rhyme or reason on why certain sets drop faster on ePack than others.

It's gotten to the point I'm going to be spending most of my money buying off of COMC as UD shows no signs of not having overpriced products with awful QC.

And yet another Marvel set is coming out before Masterpieces.. "2022-23 Marvel Annual is Coming to e-Pack® on July 19th at 9AM PT!".

So how many epack only parallels are being pumped into Masterpieces?

Not a member…but are they just saying because Fanatics is taking the license?

I think it’s a bit of a leap to say ever….who knows maybe the license will go back to UD in time. Topps could also do their own version of the series, possibly without the name though.

It will be interesting to see if any card companies will ever be able to outbid Fanatics for any of their current sports or big nonsports (Star Wars and now Marvel) licenses. The only way I see Fanatics not renewing licenses is if it is a smaller property that didn’t sell well. Will be tough for others to outbid them for the popular stuff.
