Except it's not actually cheap.....yes, it's $50/box, but you only get 12 packs. Remember, regular Heritage has 24 packs/box.

So on a per pack basis, it's actually more expensive than regular Heritage.

And with only 2 SP's per box, it's going to be a lot harder to complete the set if there are in fact 100 SP's like regular Heritage.

Now you have 100+ products being released every year, and a variety of different product include mini-sized cards. So there's nothing really unique about them.

What made previous Heritage minis interesting is that they were #/100 and therefore very hard to find. Without the scarcity factor, I'm not sure how much collector interest there will be if it's identical to regular Heritage.
it will sell just fine as is. topps knows their target addicts. there is no need to do anything extra to sell this release

I'd guess interest will be similar to other recent Mini releases. 2022 was the last, but there was definitely some disappointed folks that 2023 didn't happen, or at least hasn't yet. It's not one that sets the world on fire even with great odds. While the 1975 design is popular, I don't see this being that much more sought after than 2022 Mini. That's great for set builders and I'm thrilled they went with a similar format to other Mini releases.

Well, it can't be exact if there are three numbered parallels per box in Mini. The numbered parallels are the wrinkle. Whether they are Chrome, or a different color border, etc. we do not yet know. But it's clear there are going to be parallels and perhaps that does mean a reduction in some of the regular content or even a reduction in checklist size, albeit with a focus on parallels as well.

I was right about having 3 # cards. If it's chrome, then kudos to topps. This might be a sleeper product at $50 buy in price. Sounds like a solid deal.

Or topps can introduce parallels like the ones in target monster boxes and number them to /4999.

Singles up on ebay. Minis aren't chrome. Blacks actually has serial stamping. Throwbacks doesn't seem as limited as hobby.

Importantly the stamping is ON THE BACK! Why they messed that up with full size Heritage is a head scratcher.

Autos of minis. Honest opinion. This is a great deal at $50 based on what I've heard. Get your alarm clock ready for the sale on Wednesday. This will sell out pretty fast.

Ordered 5 boxes from a card shop in LV on a whim last week and have already shipped. Very interesting how some shops have this early.

How the heck is this happening????

Is Topps backdooring stuff prior to release? It's not like this is a situation where some people are getting cases early....Topps hasn't even put the product up for sale yet!

Yeah, this never happens with online releases but something is up with this one.

It's not backdoor. Some shops get stuff in early a day or two. Now if this was listed last week, then that would be fishy.

It's possible, some LCS got their shipment today. With a team of 3, you can open a bunch of cases in a short amount of time. 12 packs per box and 10 boxes per case. It's possible.

Or you know people post things for sale before they have them in hand.

Ok, so the math tells me that with 3 SP per box that for 16 sets it would take at least 533 boxes of 55.3 cases to complete that many sets. Thats a lot of product and I wonder about the PR of the product now.

Looks like the checklist includes all 400 base and 100 SP in the regular set based on the addition of the complete base sets.

If it was a normal product that had been solicited the normal way, yes.

But this is an online release....

My only guess is that sps are not 1 in 3 but 1 per pack. That does sound fishy how that seller can have so many sets available.

I don't think this is an online exclusive release. Shops were able to place direct orders on the product.
