They're out there. I hit a Willie Mays buyback a few years ago.

I opened 3 jumbo cases and probably 20 blasters

I’m still 12 cards short of the master set including mojo chrome and mlb stars chrome

So like 750 card master set But still it’s been a nightmare

Thanks, everyone. I have always wondered if they stamp complete sets or not but never looked into it before.

I would sure enjoy seeing Hank’s big solid blue hat again.

Those 2017 Rediscover Topps inserts were oddly fun to hit.

The price is crazy, but I'm happy to see the purple chromes have a black bottom instead of all purple borders.

Agreed. They always have nice cards out there. My youngest hit this before…

After perusing the checklist,( a nice sortable one here https://cardboardglory.com/2024-topp...-product-info/)

I noticed the SPs in the front of the set. Didn't they always put them at the end of sets to replicate the "hi number" sp concept of previous year?

Either way, I like them at the end much more....

The dude with the hotbox purple chrome cards on eBay must believe that he found the only hotbox that was made. Also…$10 to ship a single card from the center of the US? Inflation getting realer by the day.

I think the seller does understand the theory of taking advantage of opening wax early for best sales but probably takes it a tad too far.

Yes, the SPs traditionally are replicating the high series concept of the past. But Heritage has sprinkled SPs in other places. 2001 has the traditional SPs in the high series but the first 80 cards were printed with red and black backs and are shorter printed than the rest of the set.

I don't like the placing of the serial numbers at all.

It's absolutely ridiculous. Assume it's to help breakers...

Jeez, that's ridiculous. Someone looked at the card and said, of the whole 17.5 square inches of the card, the right place to put the serial number is on the front under the team name where it blends in with the borders and lettering. Then he went out and bought more crack.

Ruins what otherwise looks great in the chrome finish.

Just wow on the chrome numbering placement. I'm a big believer that it belongs on the card back, but if you're going to put it on the front...put it in as discrete a position as possible. Another big whiff by Fanatics.

It never amazes me the dumb things they do

It’s almost as bad as hand writing the numbers on Allen ginter cards

Holy crap. Wth were they thinking? Why not just stamp it on the foreheads of the players.

It's hard for me to imagine a designer agreeing with that placement.
