At 11 business days now, and still only showing as Received. Anyone have an order pop recently? If so, what day was it received?

Took 11 business days to go from received to post grading. Went from post grading to the grades popping in 1 business day. 2 business days later the cards were at my house.

Awesome, so I should be seeing some updates soon. Have a super clean ‘69 Topps Hank Aaron in this sub, so I’m anxious to get it back.

Yes. The waiting between receipt and post grading is a pain. That said, you should see something this week unless they are further behind because of Easter.

The Sacramento Post Office has been a mess recently. They didn't scan my package from Seattle from COMC and it just went out to delivery. My SGC order showed it leaving the facility on the 25th last week and now it just got to Florida. Always on pin and needles when stuff goes through USPS!

When it comes to the USPS never send or receive important packages.I rather pay 20 dollars more choosing FedEx or UPS.Didn’t SGC give you the choice to choose how you wanted to have your cards ship.Owe btw UPS is now the prime carrier for air cargo of the USPS.

I actually have had more issues with FedEx and UPS with shipping than USPS. All these companies don't want to pay out for collectibles, so for me it is just easiest for me to USPS. Local post office where I can get scanned in right away. This order only has about $300 in total raw value of cards, so it is not a huge deal.

USPS has had issues in delays and non-tracking for me, but they have never lost one of my packages yet and I use them a lot.

I see your point and one good thing is you have to sign for SGC packages.Hopefully your package arrives with no issues.Did you happen to see this on social media about USPS.Im not sure if this is a good thing or not.

I think this 3 business weeks turnaround is the new norm. They tried to say it was because of the Bowman special they ran but that's been over for three weeks. I'd guess they probably have staffing issues.

Yeah, turnaround time seems to be averaging around 15 business days or longer currently.

I emailed SGC about my current submission (submitted at the Philly Show on 3/8), and they responded with this about the "delays" - "We recently received a disproportionate amount of submissions due to a rapid increase in demand and our Team has been diligently working to get all of our collectors orders out as soon as possible."

At least they aren't using their previous specials as an excuse.

Day 13 on Received... the struggle is real in SGC headquarters, at the moment!

9 days later and USPS delivered my package and SGC sent me an email letting me know they got it. I send things ground advantage, but they usually get there in 2/3 days. Priority mail takes the same amount of time for me, so I only use it when it costs about the same. Only about $220 in raw cards, so nothing big in the order. Just some 50's stuff for my PC.

Now to see where SGC is with Turnaround Times for vintage!

All I am going say is SGC customer service is outstanding.I had a few questions when I started and ended the process. They always responded to me within 24 hours. When my grades pop I decided to email them.I ask the question if I can upgrade shipping to overnight.Like always I received a response within 24 hours.Brent told me a member of his team will be in contact with me to update.Well I never received a response so I emailed them again. This time I was informed they updated my shipping at “No Charge”.All I am going say is SGC customer service is very professional.

I’m anticipating they’re going to start pushing past 3 weeks. I wonder if CU is making changes that are slightly disrupting efficiencies.

First submission in March took 11 business days to go from received to post grading. Tomorrow will be day 12 for my 2nd order. Looks like they are actually getting further behind.

PSA is getting further behind as well. The march to 2 million cards a month in plastic is on!

This was my original thought also,Then my next thought was,Do enough guys now think PSA bought SGC,so doesn't matter who you send to that sooner or later grade for grade same value nobody will care if its in a PSA or SGC slab?So may as well send to whoever gets your cards back faster.

SGC turnaround started to slide right about the time the buyout was made public give or take a few days.
