Zebras /25 like yours sell for around 300.

This isn't a 4 to 5 figure card.

Personally I would start naming the LCS and being more transparent about who they are, so people will be more inclined to help... as you've asked for.

I ended up calling them again and they insist the cards will be here next week, which is the same excuse I've been getting since September. SGC emails state that they haven't received a submission since before December and all cards received were sent back. LCS is Flathead Sports Cards (formerly). It's now Bozeman Sports Cards.

I gave it to the owner, and it's the same owner/partner.

15 days max for SGC, I got my submission back in about 12 days after dropping the cards off at the Chantilly, VA show. I would think that an LCS doing a bulk submission would get the cards back in less than 15 days. Good luck with whatever happens next and that LCS is giving SGC a real bad name, you may want to reach out to SGC to see what info they can provide you.

hopefully you have paper work showing you gave them that card.

if so, send it to sgc and if they still cannot find the card, take the paperwork and what sgc tells you to the local police.

Just sounds like a terribly mismanaged person as of now.

My guess would be it was sitting on their desk for months and they finally sent it in 2 weeks ago.

But being "too busy" to simply show you a photo of the submission that would take no longer than taking a phone call in the first place is all of the BS I need to hear. That is unacceptable.

This is not a trustworthy person you're dealing with.

This ^^^ and tell the moron you're dealing with that it takes literally 2 seconds to show you a photo of the submission with proof it was sent in. You should clearly see your card on the form and the date it was sent in.

His response to you is so out of bounds that now this thread is going to be an actual stain on his rep if anyone sees it.

I'm questioning whether a form even exists at this point. It may have been filled out then tossed if it wasn't subbed.

it has a sticker of the shop on the holder so op could have bought it and then had them (supposedly) submit for grading. the timeline fits.
