I don't get why the going for two is complicated. Math works out that you have a better chance to win the game. Good no call on the play as well.

But the issue is...they needed to score again regardless...

I am not saying it is what I would have done. Simply explaining that teams do it because of the analytics. Success rates on 2 point conversions is over 50% so the numbers say go for 2 since you will have 2 chances theoretically.
