What do you all know about this place, they have a couple locations from my understanding.

It's alright.

They have a kiosk in the Escondido location for a a third party submission dealer that can submit to PSA on your behalf. So, you can buy a raw card there, and if you want to grade it, they can submit it for you for a fee.
