I took the rest of my memorabilia and a few other things to the storage facility today.

Liked the house overall. The master bedroom is a little smaller than our current one and has one closet. I told my wife I didn't care as my baseball cards would be in my office and my memorabilia would be displayed in the basement, so I only need to hang clothes in my closet. They had a built in basketball net on the side of the driveway that my Son loved; a lot of houses in the neighborhood have them. The backyard was huge and fenced in for the dog with a nice, soothing pond. Retractable awning on the deck and screened sliding door leading to it with the glass sliding door.

Ironically, it has the exact same refrigerator and microwave as ours in the kitchen and it had the same car, color and all, that I own in the garage.

I think we're going to put an offer in but my wife isn't 100% sure. They have no offers yet and their realtor is going to hold off on sending them offers until we get one in.

I just e-mailed and texted our realtor and the guy she had help us today that we were interested in proceeding with an offer. They have to talk to the seller realtor to see which offer is best; contingent or non-contingent. The sellers had a lot of heavy furniture and knickknacks in the house still so I;m not sure how fast they are going to be moving out.

So, you thought I was accident prone with vehicles, I have a story from today.

Originally, we were watching our granddaughter all day today and overnight so our middle SD could sleep and work an overnight shift. As we are leaving Walmart in King George, she calls and tells my wife that her husband is on his way home from work and can watch his daughter.

His grandparents are moving to Georgia and they rented a U-Haul today to get stuff out of their house for sale. The grandfather forgot to set the brake on the U-Haul and it ended up rolling over his legs.
