There's a local Boston news channel that uploads old video footage to their website and it's so cool watching videos from the 70's and 80's where people are walking around and talking to each other and everyone has their heads up.

Thanks for the well wishes for my wife everyone, she is just starting surgery now and this was the first case of the day being here since 5.30. BostonNut that is always fun watching old footage of earlier times, I preferred a less technological world.

Tell that to the Government. We have the ability to store documents on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive that we can access from home through the VPN or any workstation here at work and yet they still print tons of stuff out.

1st time I was ever called I got a murder case Jan 1996. 1 drug dealer killed another frug dealer selling in his territory. Personal bias turned the deliberating into a MUCH longer process that it had to be. Killer was released this past year because the ADA was accused of wrongdoing.

Hellen Keller could see this clown was guilty.

2nd time I got called I got Grand Jury Duty in Boston.
4 days a week for 13 week and then 1 day a week until we finished everything.

3rd time I was called 2005ish. Is was a frunk driving case and the last juror was picked right before me.

Haven't been called yet.

We have a cleaning guy come into the crisis house. He is supposed to come in twice a week and had not been. Today, I caught him sleeping in one of the beds. The house smelled like urine and cigarettes. Then, I went upstairs to one of the empty rooms and the bath mat and all the brand new toiletries were gone.
