It's probably a $700,000 home in our current county in Maryland. Virginia is cheaper; especially in that area of the state.

Yes, a very large one by the Rappahannock River with club house you can use for parties, tennis courts and basketball courts.

That's what my first house in Waldorf was when I moved here in 2000. I sold it in 2007 for $100,000 profit.

That first home we looked at that smelled like fire due to the wood fireplace in the basement and another home we wanted to look at that had 3 acres were much more desirable, but they are gone.

There are a lot of homes down there that have some land and are older, but the key is having them come on the market. Most of the market is current developments or new construction in developments.
