No it is not. It is very rare in the listings down here that they even list the room dimensions. The house we put in an offer for had them, but the one we want to see this Sunday did not. And I've never seen the property line drawing until you go to closing; just the listing of how much acreage you're buying with the house.

Again, a better realtor would have suggested a better offer. We went with what the realtor suggested as she was betting that no contingency and a quicker closing due to the VA loan would sway the owners considering it was an empty rental home costing them money.

Could be that just the realtors up here list them with all the information.

In the end it is your decision, not hers. Sometimes you have to overpay to get what you want, it happens.

I reached out to my regular realtor that we are moving forward with to see if she can do anything. I know multiple offers can be accepted on the same house and she has a lot f respect in the realtor community around here (tons of awards won). I'm not holding my breath, but you never know. They may get tired of paying the mortgage, monthly HOA fee, gas, electric, and home insurance waiting around for that buyer to get rid of the contingency.

The contingency is that person selling their house I guess? Maybe you can buy that one.

I'm sure my current realtor can find out what the contingency is. I doubt the person selling their home is in the same county. I know my realtor said a lot of the long-time Charles County residents are looking to move to King George, so it's probably a house here.

School is the primary reason, but yes, I'd like to get him registered over there for spring baseball.

Is 3.5 baths enough? If you FT destroyer two of them that only leaves 1.5.

And to tell you how good she is, the house she is setting up for us to look at one Sunday, she sent us a sample one month electric bill, the floor plan with room dimensions, the HOA rules regarding home sales, the property lines and measurements, and what has been upgraded in the house. The other realtor, sent none of that for any of the 3 houses she showed us.
Maybe check to see if the dealership you go to has any employees who do real estate as their side hustle.

I'm sure the fire depot would take him in. But he may actually have to do the job he volunteered to do.

They could film a new reality show based on FT blowing his head gasket (not the one on his car). Make $millions$
