Had the ladies from my book club over last night for a Friendsgiving. My brother was over watching the Eagles game during it. Very funny mix. Us chatting away in the dining room, my brother and husband yelling in the living room. The kids in the basement playing video games.

Just did a 10 minute intense for me workout. I always forget how hard jumping jacks are to do with lung disease.

I don't think I've ever been depressed over not getting a house, but that's my state of mind today.

That was probably the best house for that price we are going to find in that county.

We still have to empty most of the stuff in our house so we can get it on the market.

Our realtor sent us a few, but we weren't impressed. I actually have a question in this morning to our finance guy to see if we could get a bigger loan amount that would allow us to finish a basement if we find a cheaper house that what I am pre-qualified for, but the basement isn't finished. I'm never going to make the mistake again of buying a house without a finished basement thinking I'll get it finished down the road.

When we built our house we didn't get the basement finished. We waited until we moved in and then had my cousin do it, much cheaper. Builders soak you for everything.
