Default Has Anyone Else Encountered This Problem With PSA Vault

Last night I listed a Manny Machado card I had in my PSA vault for weekly auction through Goldin. I 100% listed it for auction, (with a starting bid of $10 to be listed in their next weekly auction). I wake up this morning to find it has been sold for $25 in fixed priced market place. ($25 was what the estimated value was according to PSA). The card was a 2010 Bowman Chrome Draft Picks & Prospects Blue Refractor PSA 8. Not sure why it was estimated at $25 since I just sold a PSA 9 on Goldin for over $300. Because of that recent sale there is no way I would list this card for $25 fixed price and again I am 100% certain this was listed for auction. Has anyone had or heard of anything similar happening?

Did you reach out to Goldin? That should be your first step.

Has anyone ever had a positive experience with them? All it seems is you hear are issues with them. Makes you wonder why people still do business with them.

There wasn't clarity on what happened on the sellers side but here's a recent story from the buyers perspective of an apparent goldin marketplace listing error.

There is actually no such thing as a ‘goldin vault’
There is a PSA vault
Any issues with PSA Vault be sure to reach out to MIKE CUMMINGS who runs it, and bypass CS.
Cummings@collectors.com

Feel free to cc me on the email or contact me if any issues
Ken@goldin.com

I am more than happy to help anyone who is courteous and has a problem and contacts me directly.
But mike Cummings runs the PSA Vault
He is NOT a goldin employee
He does NOT report to me.
OP I would appreciate you renaming this thread ‘….on PSA Vault’

Thank you

It sounds like his issue isn't with the vault, but your marketplace that improperly listed his card for sale (at a low price) instead of the auction he requested. But I could be mistaken.

It’s the vault
It’s being investigated.
Marketplace is attached to the vault, only items in the vault are listed in the marketplace and all items in marketplace are stored at vault.
It’s a vault function to either ship it, fix price it, or sell it at auction.
I understand it may be confusing , trying to help by putting the right contact name in the thread, however I did PM the Op and let him know a thread is circulating to figure out the cause of it, which can be software related, or even user error, or other.
Goldin and all the goldin employees have zero control over anything getting listed in the marketplace.

Sorry. I didn't realize it was the PSA marketplace.

Ken was kinda enough to message me so hopefully this gets sorted out.

Edit: Ken was more than helpful and fully resolved my issue.

All things considered, I think it's pretty good that a pretty mellow post like this attracted the attention of the person behind the auction site and it's getting looked at.

I've only sold a few items with Goldin. All of my experiences have been fantastic. I may be in the minority or not sold enough to have said experience.

I have sold a few items as well and they were top notch with me. My conversations with the contact I have made have always been polite and supportive, considering that I'm not exactly auctioning $500,000 items.

Not sure if you wanted to share the resolution but did you learn if it was a vault error or something you may have done that caused the fixed price error?

Machado is still listed as a sale, so maybe you didn't get the card back and just received a better value?
