Here's a video of a guy busting a series 2 box - if you pause @ 1:21 you can see back of pack odds kind of. Read the 5th line down - it says 5 serially numbered redemption cards for complete platinum medallion sets: (keep watching the vid and see what he pulls out of his first pack - pretty cool)

Wow, lovely Diamond Immortals. Did he also pull a platinum medallion Frank Thomas Pizzazz without realizing it? As for the redemption info, I’ll have to check with our friend whether a baseballcardpedia update is appropriate.
