Was your order small and did your order request subgrades? I’m curious if requesting subgrades or not influences the turnaround time.

Know when they were graded? ship dates seem to always be random after grading. Seems like they falling even further behind though.

Not to be an absolutist, but I'm pretty much going to nix future plans to submit to BGS on my own account. My self submission took as long as I've shared here. Meanwhile, submissions through Jewcer's group and the Facebook bulk sub group had turnaround that was exponentially faster with nearly negligible per card cost differences and more favorable shipping costs since the option for USPS is available for return shipping and not the mandated BGS Fedex expense (I mostly grade for set and registry building).

Whoever graded these really had it out for my edges. Almost every card i submitted, the edges were the worst subgrade.

This was the exact timeframe I had as well in regards to dates.

I got absolutely destroyed on my national sub. Definitely the most disappointing submission I've ever had.

Yes. the only gems I got were from the RCRs i submitted in the order which i got done at National. I think if they weren't RCR'd at national, i doubt i would have gotten gems.

Also agree. Collector's special finally graded. 71 business days. Not in hand yet but judging by the subgrades received they seem harsh on surface and compared to cards I've see over the past 10 years with white corners grading 9+

And that's absurd because of the way cards are cut. That's something you'd get with HGA.

I was thinking of subbing a few cards, but if they are both slow and tough on grades, that's an easy decision.

Again, I always see BGS 9's even 9.5's with whitening on corners but any time I've sent to BGS they seem to catch and be strict on everything, which is fine.

This Kobe metal was a PSA 9. They and I missed the top edge and surface bend.

At first I thought BGS was nuts or the card was damaged but nope, they are spot on here.
