A few notes - the die cut blue card is typically #/50, but this one is an executive prototype, so mayhaps only 1-3 exist. I absolutely cringe not having the 98 Essential Credentials on there for Now & Future, but I didn't want to give up two spots for the same looking card. Those will be my honorable mentions

awesome collection! it is pretty crazy to see all the different jerseys from cards that only span 4 years? 96-99

Thanks! And yeah, that's exactly what I was saying when I posted on social media - so so so many teams in such a short amount of time.

Thank you! I've always admired them, but this is the first one I've owned. It won't be the last

Randy Johnson - 1997 Pinnacle Inside - Diamond Edition (DE)

On average, one DE card was found in every 63 cans. There were 150 different DE cards produced. You'd have to open more than 9,000 cans to find another Johnson. They're die-cut cards, so odds are this will be the only Randy Johnson PSA 10 you'll ever see. Only two other DE cards (Tony Gwynn, Derek Jeter/Todd Hollandsworth) have been graded PSA 10.

1996 Leaf Limited Lumberjacks Black.
I pulled one of these back in the day but no longer have it.
I collected Griffey at one time but had decided to narrow down my collection focus at the time. Once I got on Ebay his cards paid for a large portion of my current collection.
There were regular ones numbered to 5,000 and the Black parallels were numbered to 500. Back then that was pretty limited!
I always thought this was a cool card design. Something about wood cards I really like.
I may have to rethink things and see how hard it would be to put this set together.

Great card, but the price is crazy. I can't imagine anyone paying over $1,000 for a Rivera 1/1, even the coolest 1/1s from the 1990s. What do you all think is a good price for this?

Price isn't crazy at all. I don't even collect Mo and there's a really good chance I'd buy that for $1k. A Kerry Wood Gem Masters 1/1 went for like 3-4k a few months ago. I would put the Gem Masters a tick above this Mirror Black, but I can see this easily pulling $2-5k. This set is highly highly sought after among certain 90s collectors

I would shed a tear if he peeled this thing.

Because it would make the card incomplete.

This card is actually an uncorrected error.

You can list whatever you want for whatever price you want on eBay, doesn't mean you're going to sell it. $30k is way overpriced to me, but it only takes one person for a 1/1 from the 90s

Wow. Impressive. This was a set that was impossible to put together pre internet. I always dreamed about pulling one of these when they came out I was 11 years old. I did pull a 1993 Dennis Eckersley as a 13 year old on Christmas morning.
