I am looking for 2023 Topps Chrome Logan O'Hoppe speckle cards. I am looking for the purple which is /299 and the magenta which is /350.

Please let me know if you have any, and if i can get both from 1 person, even better

I am not buying a ton of them, just want a few of each

Are people tired of Chrome already ?

Not a lot of buzz for this soon after a release just a couple days past 2 weeks. I'm guessing because of the overall lack of color / big hits which indicates this stuff was printed in Series 1 territory. Most of the stuff in the Breaks forum is Platinum Ann. breaks.

Doesn't last long these days. Stack up the Print Runs, Lower Rip Rates, Price Tag, etc + the fact that there's probably 10 more Chromium releases still to come...what's the point once we get past the initial excitement period of it just being released.

For the money, I might rip more S2, but not Chrome.

Opened two monster boxes from Fanatics..best card was an Acuna base..best X-Fractor was probably Bello. One numbered card Michael Togalia Magenta Sparkle. Only bought these because fancash brought them down to under 50 apiece after taxes. Definitely won't buy anymore at 60-65

Yeah, and then Logofractor after that. Can't put too much into one bucket because there are several more to come.

Topps’ strategy here is to give sellers something to sell, not collectors something to buy.

Sellers will either talk it up…like they always do for any product…or go without any sales for a while…so it gives sellers more opportunity to sharpen their “influencing skills”.

Same as it ever was. Ripping Topps Chrome has been torture for many years.

Yeah, blue and gold are my favs for sure. Checklists are so bloated and production is so sky high, it's most definitely a singles product!

Maybe just a Blowout thing. The response I've seen on Facebook has been incredibly positive and still ongoing. Heck, even the Blowout response was pretty positive compared to recent Topps Chrome releases. Platinum does seem to be a surprise hit in terms of buzz though.

Very true. Let's give it time, I hope more singles become available on eBay. Prices for singles continue to drop.

Not sure how many more singles are going to pop up. People overpaying for wax just to rip for singles that keep going down. I don't see it. I've been saying it for a while now...if there's low numbered parallel of the player that you PC and you have to have it...you need to pick up one of the very first ones that you see. Rip rates are not once what they were, especially with print runs going thru the roof.

+1

Said that myself around here. Short of an outright flaw in the pic of said card, cards #’d <25 are very tough to locate and doubly worse if your player tends to have ransom asking prices for those. Most who still enjoy the hunt right now know you have a shorter window to lock up limited issues. I get caught up buying product when I probably shouldn’t hoping to pull some kind of specific cards I have not seen. I never really had that luck personally even before the current box prices. Bad habits but the feel of pack opening is something I need to enjoy for as long as I can.

Been pretty lucky ripping retail. Don't know when to leave good enough alone so ripped 2 Megas and 9 Blasters today and it was pretty bloody. No one to blame but myself thou. I believe I've had my fill and am going to tap out.

You have and so true. I have to "over bid" now just to make sure the card is mine.

Has anyone opened any of the variation complete base set? Can't find much on it but the cards look good.
