I see it time and again in my own orders, 6s and 8s on cards I was expected 9s and 10s, and then I crack them and resubmit, and I get 9s and 10s. You see it right here in this thread just a few posts up... WITH pictures, wise guy.

It's not a mystery. Nor is it discrimination or racism against the so-called "professionals" who work there. LMAO. Seriously, what the heck dude?
