heart Corey Dillon speaking truth

I always liked him back when he was playing. He even had his Mark Grace moment by leaving a franchise he long played for and won a ring elsewhere. This article only increases my like for him:

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...ection-process

In regards to the Bengals recently created Ring of Honor program (voted on by season ticket and suite holders):

The intense shade thrown means I don't need any sunscreen for the rest of the decade. Love it!

Putting the selection process in the hands of fans?

Sounds like a good way to end up with Akili Smith permanently enshrined on your stadium. Either him or Bengals McStripeyFace.

I’ll personally be voting to reunite the infamous duo of P-Dub & L-Trub (Peter Warrick & Laveranues Coles) on the Bengals Wall of Fame.

This seems much ado about nothing as Dillon will obviously be inducted at some point. As long as he doesn’t rack up any more legal problems and go on more spastic outbursts against the Bengals like he did here.

when i think of the old school Bengals, pre-Burrow days, i always thought of guys like:

Ickey Woods
Boomer
Carl Pickens
Corey Dillon
Takeo Spikes
Anthony Munoz
Chris Collinsworth
Ken Anderson
Carson Palmer
Corey Dillon

that's just off the top of my head right now. unless you want to include Akili Smith, Jeff Blake, and David Klinger

That's ridiculous if all votes are souly based on one segment of the population that can afford those tickets. Really surprising since it's Cincinnati. You would think the regular folks would have a vote. But if the MLB All-Star voting is used as an example, he's not wrong. The would be a mess also.

I always think of Tim Krumrie and Jim Breech, who spent ages with team.

Yeah I can see fans hold grudges against guys like Dillon who has issues with team and left and not want them in or elect guys who just was recent with the team.

Wasn't Corey Dillon arrested for spousal abuse? And not once, but twice.

Don't care what he has to say.

Both were great dbs in the mid 70’s. Tough division with Pitt.
