PSA could at least deactivate the cert numbers on the cards that are obviously altered. But everyone knows they won't do anything like that.

I have checked on a few of the other cards he has and they are also trimmed.

As usual with Libersher, he trims practically everything he has listed.

Only thing we know for certain is that PSA is still not able to detect his and others' trimmed cards.

Plenty of nice raw examples of this card on eBay with good eye appeal that are going for about $8-$12. Or you can buy the deluxe trimmed edition for a cool $1020.

I remember when grading caught on in the mid/late 90s, I thought it would be good for the hobby. I realize now it has only made the problem of altered cards 20X worse. Now nothing is off-limits to the card doctors, including poor ole Dick Farrell.

One of probably many Nat has dumped without disclosure through Goldin. Knew from day 1, and posted such, that he was this type of guy.

I cannot believe this sort of repeated activity from Nat Turner is not getting more attention.

Pretty much sums it up. Just more of the same. This type of stuff is just part of the industry now and so prevalent that it is commonplace. Used to be the exception to the norm. Not any longer.

I asked this question a while ago....while the trimming/altering, etc. is being posted here and is known now throughout the industry....have there really been any repercussions? Seems like all of this just falls on deaf ears....

Opportunists are already of the complete mindset to increase sales, not decrease them and so they’re already heavily inclined to ignore these if not outright dispute them to begin with.
