Printing error. Can it be higher than a PSA 8 at BGS?

Got this card in a trade. It is a PSA 8. It looks like there is a printing error. Maybe a mistamp or something. Do you think BGS would grade this harsher? Is PSA 8 already a generous grade?

I honestly think the 8 is generous. Usually with those type indentations/dents I typically see 6. You might be able to get a little higher at BGS with the other subgrades, or you might get lucky and they miss it entirely.

Doesn't look like a misprint; looks like an indent from a finger nail or something. May have happened while slabbing. I would not expect better from a different company, since it looks like it's on the front of the card.
