I'm also not sure what not buying from Topps would actually accomplish anyways other than getting them mad enough to cut off any dealer that undercuts them.
Jumbo flagship has not been released in this new Fanatics method before. Series 1 was still allocated to distributors and shops as normal.

Bowman is a different animal, that was the first product released with Topps pre-sales and the Fanatics "do it all in house" methods. Bowman jumbo prices are falling a bit now as well...still more than pre-sale but on their way down.

Are stores not getting Series 2 Jumbos at all? Otherwise, I'm not sure what the difference between this and Series 1 is other than them more prominently featuring the word pre-order everywhere. I bought my Series 1 Jumbos direct from Topps in much the same way they are doing Series 2.

Sure they will get it eventually, after Fanatics/Topps sells as much as they can first at full market value off their website.

Your new overlords at Fanatics say "thanks for coming!" and welcome to the new future. Don't forget to pre-order from us at FULL MARKET!

Disappointed with the $200 price tag on the jumbo. I wasn't too happy with my jumbo on series 1 for $150 so definitely just going to grab a hobby box for fun and put together what else I want through singles.

Jumbos gone already. Why is anyone paying $200 for flagship jumbos? It's not 2020 anymore.

$200 for a non-juiced jumbo? No thanks.

Went with 3 Hobby Boxes. Rip 2, build 1-2 complete sets or close, and hope for some cool big hits. Save the 3rd one for a fun rip years down the road.

Because Topps/Fanatics now controls the market. They cut all distribution to other outlets. Find me another place to reliably order Jumbos for less right now.

Only way to stop this silliness is to quit ordering direct from Topps - but no one will do that.

Pricing just doesn't make sense to me. More than twice as much as hobby but fewer than twice as many cards + same number of autos? Feeling some early disappointment.

Multiple things at play...
1. Fanatics has to make their horrible investment back.
2. S1 Jumbos flew off of the shelf. Fanatics is riding that momentum. Parlaying that into my point #3.
3. Still tons of people buying wax that have zero clue what they're even buying. They're still in 2020-21 times &/or thinking "well jumbos of S1 increased in price, so these must as well. I must buy."

It's getting so much easier to say "No" with all these ridiculous prices.

Seems cheaper than the 240-250 mark up of the series one Jumbo's at the good old LCS or Blowout. Still a little meat left on the bone, but, not much. But yeah 150 would have been nice. Got 2 Jumbos.

If you are buying $200 jumbos at this point, please use the hotline and find a local meetup to work through the problem
