I have had a lot of condition notes put on refractor cards (and other types) as of late as well - even if the card appears better. Just this morning a 1997 Bowman Chrome Frank Thomas refractor of mine got a "Poor to Fair" designation even though the card looks totally fine. No clue what COMC is seeing or how competent their "graders" are.

It's just the way COMC is currently...

That's insane, I didn't see anything wrong with my cards in the scan which is what confused me as well. Put fresh sleeves on every card I sent.

It may be a pain in the butt, but you can try clicking on each card and submitting an error request under wrong condition. Check the cards over real careful for back edges and such before you do so. You'll find that a bunch get corrected, at least in my experience.

Will try that out. My first thought is someone dropped them and a corner ding, but the corners look fine. It was also all the higher dollar items that were marked ex to NM.
