Thanks. One box is pretty much what I wanted anyways. Just enough to have fun with the fad and not feel stupid when prices crater as everyone realizes the printed a ton of this stuff.

I remember during early COVID before the price boom, I was buying cases of it (20 boxes) for $700-$800 each. Bought 2 and would have been 3 but didn't go above $760 on it for some reason.

Ended up making my money back really fast with selling sets and the hits. If you can get an average box price of $50-60 then you can make money off of these products. Paying closer to $70-100 then it is a losing bet. Each case then had a 1 of 1 in it.

"A ton" probably doesn't do justice. I'm a sucker for ripping retail but this just seems out of control how easily available it is.

I think it varies. Mine were in the toys next to the games.

Always in the toy section. typically on an end cap with various board games.

Use the app and look up the board game and it should give you a map of where it's located.

Just stopped on my lunch break at target. They were right next the the other monopoly games. Was gonna grab them until I saw the sealing tape was broken on both of them, lol. Some people in this hobby are really gross.

My closest store hasn’t even been putting them out. Just selling through the app for in store pick up limit 1. Not giving anyone a chance to clear the shelf.

Gotta love Panini, what a trash company. They basically did the exact opposite by letting bots/breakers buy up the entire stock and giving casual collectors little to no chance to grab a few boxes to rip. They advertised the heck out of it as well leading up to the big "Drop".

That’s the risk with in store pick up. If they were out on the floor someone probably bought them before the in store shopper got a chance to fill the order.

Noticed the Topps Series 1 Super Boxes are in stock online. First time I've seen them online in stock. Those were fun, felt like getting to open silver packs from hobby boxes for free in exchange for buying half a retail box
