Ja has too much money and time, and he hasn’t learned what to do with it yet.

I’ve been there personally. I can tell when someone has hit rock bottom and is serious about making a change. It was easy to see Ja hadn’t changed back in March. Maybe this time will be different.

I’m sure there’s language in the CBA or his contract about his representation of the grizzlies even when not at work. Players get suspended all the time for stuff that occurs “off duty” so to speak

Can't always blame the parent. You have to grow up sooner or later. He is of age now he should no better but it's pretty obvious he doesn't. One way or another he will learn. Either the easy way or the hard way.

People get disciplined and fired for stuff they do off the job all the time. Go post a racist/sexist/anti semetic rant on facebook/IG etc. and see how your employer feels about it.
