Default 2022 Topps UK Edition missing hit

Opened a box of this and had no auto or relic. It seems like it’s supposed to be guaranteed, but maybe I’m missing something. I tried going the missing hits claim route but they don’t list this product in the drop down (Japan Edition is there, though).

Anyone with more experience at this have any idea what to do here, or am I the one missing something? Just eat it?

No longer the 2022 product year so you are screwed.

I didn't think there were guaranteed hits in UK.

Edit: just looked, autos are 1:79 and there are no relics. So no guaranteed hits in UK.

Thank you, the box left me believing this but online somewhere seemed to say there was a guaranteed hit. Probably mistaken info.

My mistake on the guarantee of a hit aside, this wouldn’t make a lot of sense for a product that released in December 2022, would it? That would mean less than a month later Topps could wipe their hands clean of any responsibility? Heck they’ve released 2022 products just within the last couple of months…

Their claim drop down goes back to 2021 too, but even if they do say they honor it that far back I’d honestly be skeptical about if or when it would ever actually get fulfilled… thanks for all the responses!

For reference my 12 box case had 5 autos. A lot of cases I watched get broken had between 4-6.

CxL is mistaken. Topps supports products for a year after they release. It isn't done by product year.

I have had a missing hit in a topps chrome box and they said nope to replacing it because the following year series 1 was out.

It’s also not really true since they still have Topps Chrome Anniversary from 2022 still to release.

They have replacement hits at London Bridge. You can only get them in person though, so you will have to fly over there. Don't wait too long though, because I keep hearing that London Bridge is falling down, falling down, falling down.
