The fact that all the parents care about is who wins is what gets to me. How can you sit there watching that and your on concern be who wins? Its honestly a waste of everybody's time for us to have 10u or 12u softball. They can't pitch so it comes down to who the home team is because they will get however many runs they need walked in.

There should be a rule that the coach pitches after X number of walks in an inning if it’s that bad. I would not want to sit through a game like that.

We have that in 10u, but it isnt allowed in 12u by the national organization we play under. Their logic is 12 year olds are technically able to play high school ball so they should be able to play. The 12u players we have are on the level of 8u players other places and don't want to get better. Free clinics are offered, nobody shows up. Coaches offer extra practice, nobody shows up. Gametime is 7:00, they might show up at 6:55.

So the service for the a-hole F-I-L was Saturday.
We took 2 cars because my wife was staying my daughter for a few days after.

Getting up to the Exit on 495 so I grab my phone to turn up volume to hear directions. Pulled over by a State Trooper.

Wife pulls over 100 yards ahead of me.

Trooper says this is about education of the hands free law. Asks if the car pulled over ahead of me is with me. I say yes. He says as long as my license comes back clean there will only be a warning. Hands me the warning and then I tell him where we are going. He says most people would load with that for sympathy and he appreciated that I didn't.

Get to service. Interact with anyone who interacts with me. Don't go out of my way.

Walk into a rook to talk to wife's cousin and see a guy in a white robe with a pointy hood. I claim I didn't know the KKK was invited. Nope it was some deacon from some church. Waste of time though because the F-I-L is on the Hell Express.

We all gather for the "service". A hole S-I-L is the only one to speak even though he has 3 kids. To the shock of absolutely nobody she makes it about herself. Thanks everyone who got her through the last 7 years.

My daughter tells me she walked in on ahole S-I-L berating soy-boy brother claiming she had to do everything by herself because nobody offered to help. Hellen Keller knows this is a lie. We offered help at every turn but she is a control freak.

The family dysfunction would only be about 20% of what it currently is but the miserable old prick would lie to each of his kids about the others.

If I could bring him back just to watch him die it would make my day.

Good riddance and I hope a sink hole opens and swallows my S-I-L
