I have a firestone credit card. I saved a lot of money getting my new tires a year ago. I really like taking my car there for oil changes and the tire rotations. They are friendly and fast. They have my card saved on file and just use that when I go in. I got an oil change and tire rotation in January. I never got a statement in February. Paid it off in full in March. Explained to the customer service rep that I never got a statement. She took off the late fee. Now, they are trying to charge me for the late fee again and my account shows past due.

Their customer account center does not say their hours and I tried to call twice now to get it resolved.

Once I am done with this job, I am getting my car detailed. I am so excited. I still transport people in it right now so it isn't worth doing yet. The amount of dirt and leaves in my car is astronomical.

I have a lot on my mind today. My mom is home for the weekend. She has been at my nanny's house for the last couple of months taking care of nanny's husband. She needs a break. We are supposed to go grocery shopping at 8am but she is still asleep.

It truly is dumb the way they built the building. The tower section that I'm going to be in is only accessible from a stairwell and elevator on the basement floor furthest away from the entrance. That elevator and stairs only go to the four floors in the tower. None of the other floors in the tower connect to their corresponding floors in the rest of the building.

A local heron flies right at 28 mph.
Coming back from getting my glorious Polar Pop, a heron was flying beside me
in the same direction so I slowed down a bit and was able to shadow his/her flight speed.

He’s 17 and the mom said it was fine to park there. He had been at their house for 1 1/2 hours before they towed it. I asked why they couldn’t have knocked and they said they have a contract to tow with that home owners association and knocking isn’t required.

They sad thing is they live less than 2 miles away. He could have walked there

But the funny thing is that it’s the same tow company that took my wife’s car after it was totaled. I’ll have been to this place three times in two weeks.
