As I've seen in many recent posts, I have also gotten crushed with EX to NM condition notes on my recent submission batches! These are almost all newer cards, including several Prizm cards. I got hit on 15 consecutive 2022 Topps Heritage cards! And, I see nothing in the scans showing reasons for the condition downgrades! I could've missed a small flaw here or there, but c'mon man!

Open a correction request on all of them. That’s what I’m doing. That’s the only thing I can think to correct the issue. If they get an absurd amount of requests maybe it will force them to change.

They will pay you. BOY what are they doing now. No time to process and ship cards now they are doing this.

I doubt that the people they will have approving blog posts have much to do with processing and shipping cards. It seems like a decent idea to get cheap and relevant content for the blog...

Boy!! I got a few replies.

I understand they have to keep growing with the times. It is just frustrating to me at times as I'm old school. When they started they had fast and cheap processing, fast and cheap shipping, you could call and talk to a real person. It just appears to me that they should be taking care of some of the things that all of you have complained about here and other postings. Slow processing and shipping, condition notes, errors in titles and other areas, replying to messages in a timely matter and doing some of the suggestions we have given them.

This may have been asked for and I'm sure some members they will really like it. To me it just come out of the blue.

I watched the site for several months before joining. When they asked for suggestions. I give Tim my list of things that I would like to see done and areas where I thought they should keep an eye on.

Very slow and lots of "error resolution" screens today when trying to price cards.

The site has been very laggy for me today, and it was also slow most of yesterday. I can sometimes jiggle the handle by using different browsers, or by duplicating a tab when a tab is locked up. But I might just give up and focus on non-internet stuff for a while.

Nah, they are just wildly inconsistent. I sent a few cards (>$20) with certain condition issues I know they should have caught and nothing.

I sent 967 cards in that they are about 1/4 of the way through...0 condition notes yet...couple of them could have gotten them for sure

Also, site is currently up, but basically down...I have an offer that I can't view...every time I try it says, "Server Busy
