I’ve been buying his cards HEAVY since the trade. I have another three lots incoming. I think this kid is going to bust out this season.

It’ll be nice to see Vlad swing a bat again.

It’s also interesting to see Addison Barger in today’s lineup. If he has a big spring, the Jays will have a good problem on their hands in trying to figure out who all to carry on the roster.

Barger sure can put a charge into a ball.

Belt and Kiermaier both have a tendency to get hurt, so Barger’s lefty bat will probably get called upon at some point this season.

We leave this afternoon for Florida. Seeing the Blue Jays at TD Ballpark on Friday night (still waiting for the guy to transfer my tickets on Stubhub) and Saturday. I'm so hoping to get Bo Bichette to autograph a baseball for my Son since that is his favorite player. We're also seeing the Blue Jays at the Yankees on Sunday.

No luck getting Bo Bichette to autograph a baseball or my Son, but we really enjoyed TD Ballpark. We got to see them win against the Phillies, but lose against the Tigers and Yankees. We met a lot of great fans from Canada!

My Son almost got an autograph from Vladdy the 1st game when he left after the 8th inning, but some Phillies fan sent his 3 kids down to the net and got in front of my Son and two other Blue Jays fans and his kids had a few cards and a baseball each so Vladdy never got to my Son or some of the other kids before he had to get off the field.

My Son said the one kid didn't even know who he was getting signed and just going through a ton of baseball cards in his hand. Of course, I bought my Son a ton of stuff in the Team store.

The second game, my Son was able to get George Springer to autograph a baseball. He though he was going to get Bo after he warmed up as he indicated he would be over, but they came and took the nets down and told us we had to go back to our seats.

At Steinbrenner Field, he was able to get Danny Jansen to autograph a baseball. Since Bo, Springer, and Vladdy weren't playing, they didn't travel.
