I did a break of this today and it was the worst break I've ever had. I spent $70 on 6 spots which isn't terrible but I didn't get a single hit in full case break. Not even one numbered card. The case was pretty hot though. They pulled Dana Brooke 1/1 Tools of the Trade auto relic and two /10 autos and a bunch of low number parallels.

How many spots did they sell? It’s like a 500 card checklist.

I handed out the fire my buddies had me hand them boxes one hit a cena auto and asuka auto to /10 and the other hit a sick crown royale patch auto of Cora jade to 10. But here’s my autos and low numbered cards from mine

I think it was every individual wrestler name. Mankind, Dude Love and Cactus Jack were three different spots. You get all base, parallel, inserts and auto pulled for whoever you have. But the breaker in this particular break clearly had no idea who anyone was including Legends checklist. That seems to be at least 75% breaking wrestling and UFC cards from my experience.

That Rock gold One /10 is a super nice card. I'd take that over a Cena or Asuka auto for sure.

I like what I'm seeing of the set so far. Can't wait to rip my boxes. Like Select, the possibility of low numbered stuff holds way more appeal than the auto checklist, which by and large is nothing to write home about.

He said we got "Hunter Herms Helmsey" and Triple H, as he hold both of them up not realizing they are the same wrestler 20 years apart haha

I don't know. I had Nakamura, RVD, Dibiase, Road Dogg, Hacksaw and Roode. I think they all are in the base checklist and some of the subsets. I'm sure I got some base cards but nothing good.

Almost bought a box today from my LCS who had them at $140. Watched a few more breaks to scratch that itch and also realize that even at a lower price like this, it’s still an uphill climb to get your value back.

Ilja is underrated imo and I can easily see him win the NXT Title before coming to the main roster next year, or for sure in 2024, and winning at least the IC and or US Title.

If they just skip a longer NXT stay he very well could just be the one to dethrone Gunther for the IC Title at Wrestlemania 39. That would be fitting since they have such great matches and he finally beat Gunther for the NXT UK Title after he had it for 870 days.

That one of one of his is really nice looking btw.

I really like the look of those triple relics but obviously all black patches (or three of the same color) suck.

Lash NT 1/1, edge and drew nt patch auto /10, Dolph and ilja absolute /10, shanky and hacksaw gold autos, 3 jinny contenders autos, 2 solo optic autos, 2 Cody 2 gable 1 hhh redemptions.

Had several boxes with 2 relic autos so the ones with base autos were crap. No cont ice or gala and then awful on the golds and 1/1 vs the better names in those sets

Got my box from SteelCity today. A decent box I guess. The Meiko Tools of the Trade card is pretty cool except that that the relic are rather dull. I have no idea of certain levels of the Chronicles base is rarer than other but the Roxanne Perez could be a great pull depending on future. Also not shown was a Shemaus out of /49 from one of the 200 level sets

This is a great product for wrestling fans who also known about sports card and how Panini does thing. Hopefully Chronicles WWE base becomes as common as the other sports and we can pick them up singles good at shows.

Yeah it was individual names for the break. I've just been doing eBay breaks and that's all anyone is doing for WWE breaks. I got into two more breaks tonight so hopefully I get something nice because my total spend is getting close to cost of a box. I'm used to doing team breaks for other sports so I'm learning quickly that individual fighter/wrestler breaks are much riskier. I'm trying to just get multiple spots for $5-10 but people are paying $100+ for some spots which means you have to hit an auto to have a chance at breaking even

That sucks to be unsatisfied after spending so much.

Hopefully you can sell/trade most of the stuff you don't like.

On a happier note I couldn't resist and bought a Wade Barrett auto I saw listed... I'm so bad because I'm sure it will go for cheaper in the next week or so but it what is.

Ripped my four personal boxes last night. Could have been better, could have been worse. Two biggest hits were a Rousey Origins auto and a Solo Optic auto. The only other noteworthy autos were a Kevin Nash Origins and Sonya Deville base Crown Royale; the rest were bottom of the checklist that you'd be lucky to get ten bucks for.

No numbered cards below /49, but I was really surprised at the volume of numbered cards pulled per box, easily averaging at least one a pack, often more. I hit some decent names here - The Rock, Cody Rhodes, etc. It's a fun rip for sure. I got in around $110 a box which I feel was decent value. If these drop below a hundred at some point I'll probably go in for a few more.
