finally landed a YA Tittle rookie card! it's the classic "ghost image", so i got it for a fraction of what a regular issue would cost, and i'm perfectly okay with that. matches my ghost image of DiMaggio.

btw, the card from a distance looks really good, you don't really see the "ghost image" until you see the card upclose.

1967 Topps Baseball high numbers are a massive pain in the rear. Expensive and hard to find in decent condition. This is my hardest set attempt so far but here was today’s mail- a nice Stormin’ Norman Cash #540.

Nice Lansford. That is a top 10 football card.

Here is mine. 1958 Kahns Roberto Clemente. I have been trying to find one of these since 1985. It is one of the 3 or 4 hardest cards to find of his. It has nice eye appeal for the grade.

Congrats, Rats.
To say you've been looking for that card for a while is an understatement.
Glad to read you're finally able to scratch it from your list.

Very nice! That photo looks like the one used in the rookie card?

They are both taken at the Pirates spring training facility, but in different years. The Pirates didn't have the vest jerseys in 1955. The Project 2020 Oldmanalan uses the original photo that was used for the background photo on the Roberto Clemente RC.

very nice card and awesome info. Clemente has the exact same stance three years after his rookie was issued, something you rarely see with some players nowadays.

Nice interesting mix of stuff. Sitting Bull has to be top 10 all time Native American, maybe top 5, just behind Billy Mills.

Nice grab. When I was growing up Andretti was The Guy. I remember my dad on the highway seeing a speeding car and saying, “Who does that guy think he is, Mario Andretti or something!?” That pretty much says it all.

If it’s Clemente and it took Rats60 this long to get it, well you know that’s a tough card.

Two cards in mail today. The Shannon is a super tough ‘67 high number and the Schmidt RC replaces a filler one I had. Happy new year everyone!
