Duncan RC on Ebay - What Happened Here?
Asking for insight from more experienced Ebayers.
Can I too get 6k for my Duncan rookie? (I know the answer.) I wish new vs old slab was worth the diff.  Obvious BS going on. What is it? Who is it? What's the profit motive? Thx.

I don't know what the card is going for at PSA 10, but if you are comparing those 3 cards, the one you pointed out is a refractor and the other two are base cards.

Legit sale, with legit bidders. It is a refractor. So yes, if you had a PSA 10 refractor, you could get that much...

Well, one card is the Topps Chrome BASE Rookie in a PSA 10, and the other is the Topps Chrome Rookie REFRACTOR in a PSA 10.
Same set, Different Variation of the Same Card. All Refractors/Silvers/Holos sell for far more than the regular base set.

Refractors used to be rare, like one a box or a couple a case..... not like today where you get one cracked Ice per pack in every 10 pack mega box, plus like 4 others.
