I have never bought or sold anything on there, have only used the pricing tool. Wonder if that plays into who they give the credit to.

"start up"? They raised $75 MILLION in funding and are ran by several crooks. This isn't some mom and pop shop thats trying to find their footing. They've got enough money, enough idiots and enough time in this hobby...to know exactly what they are doing. Start up? Lol

This could all have been avoided by them simply saying "first xxx people who reply to the survey get a $30 credit." Plenty of other companies have made similar promotions.

Or they could have bitten the bullet internally and just paid out the credit they promised without all this negative PR.

Instead, they disappoint not just consumers, but broke a promise to clients/users who actually cared enough to provide them with the information they wanted.
