Not a popular opinion and one sure to be dragged, but I've been pretty impressed with Topps and their customer service this year.

My Topps mini autograph redemption card was not in the pack and loaded loose next to the foam insert. Anyone else get anything like this.

I've never opened a box of minis before. Have they always been this loaded? I know there's a lot of hate, but they seem really fun. Low ceiling for sure, but I can't imagine the floor is that low at $25 per box.

I sent Topps an email yesterday because I bought a Kennedy Brooks Football auto for $64.99 over a year ago and it never shipped. I used a $40 coupon, so I asked for $24.99 in store credit plus credit for my points. I got an email today saying they sent me a refund for the money and points. That has to be a record! I'm blown away.

Since Topps switched to the 35-card box format in 2017, they have been crazy loaded and the price point is certainly good. I’ve purchased 100 boxes each year and had a blast opening them. Best chance I’ve found of pulling 1/1s for a reasonable buy-in and despite the perceived lack of interest in minis, I’ve easily made my money back selling sets and singles. Unfortunately the purchase limit this year ended that streak for me but still going to try to pick up a bunch on the secondary market if people start dumping them near cost.

nice! I'm still fighting with them to ship my complete set to the actual right address.....changed the address midway through this year and they keep sending to the original address. Every email I've sent said ship to x address and nope....to the old one it goes. Everything else I've bought has come to the new address no issues. anything tied to the original mc purchase/address goes to the old address

I had a similar situation occur when I moved. I called their customer support line and stayed on the phone with them until I could see the address in my original MC order change from my old address to my new one. No issues from that point forward. That might be the best move instead of doing it via email. Good luck!

Traditionally in November, but that window is fast closing, so it's anyone's guess.
