Got my 20 boxes of wave 2 today.
82 out of 100 for the set 5 woods 7 Tolstoi 21 Peidmont 4 El Principe 2 American Beauty 3 Polar Bear 3 Carolina Bright 1 Bo Bichette image variation 20 All Star Background (were 1 per pack) 0 Old Mill which were supposed to be 1:3 packs so that is a bit weird. |

Opened my 6 boxes of Wave 2 tonight:
42/100 Base singles 6/100 Base Duplicates 2 Wood Parallels (20 copies each) Alex WOOD (haha) and Zach Eflin 3 Tolstoy Parallels (25 copies each) Rasmussen, Shane Baz and Ted Williams 6 Piedmont Parallels (1 per box/pack) 6 California All-Star Back (1 per box/pack) 0 American Beauty (10 copies each) 0 Ty Cobb (1 copy each) 1 Polar Bear (1:30) Andruw Jones 1 Carolina Brights (1:6) Adalberto Mondesi 1 El Principe de Gales (1:18) Rafael Devers Also got ZERO Old Mill despite odds saying 1:3 (?) Each of my packs had 11 cards in them. Are the all star background really only 100 copies? That is what the site says...I got one in each pack. If that is true, then the print run is 10k packs...unless there are some packs without that insert...
I ended up getting a proper amount of Old Mill cards. So it doesn't look like we are getting 206 "silver packs"!  My 20 box break of wave 2 88/100 cards for the set 19 Piedmont (best: Trout, Baz) 20 California All-Star Back (best: A. Thomas, T. Williams, Ripken Jr.) 10 Old Mill ((2) Hoffman, Peralta, Ripken Jr., A. Thomas, Anderson, A. Jones, Harper, Alonso, Varsho) 4 El Principe De Gales (Murray, Votto, Hodges, Griffey Sr.) 4 Tolstoi (Canseco, Faedo, Murray, Buhner) 5 Wood (Seager, Anderson, Ted Williams, Ripken Jr., Witt Jr.) 2 American Beauty (Doby, Benintendi) 1 Image variation (Bichette) I am trying to complete the set and ready to trade duplicates if anyone is interested. Given the number of 11 card packs, it's a little harder to figure out with precision the parallel print runs (at least for me - if someone else has a better estimate please stick it in here).
This is what I'm getting: Wave 2 (PR 8752): Base 700 Piedmont 67 Old Mill 29 Principe de Gales 15 Carolina Brights 5 Polar Bear 3 Tolstoi 25 Wood 20 American Beauty 10 Cobb 1 Image Variation 200 Rookie Variation 100 Hollywood Variation 100 Wave 3 (PR 8532): Base 682 Piedmont 64 Sweet Caporal 28 Principe de Gales 14 Drum 5 Polar Bear 3 Tolstoi 25 Wood 20 American Beauty 10 Cobb 1 Image Variation 200 Rookie Variation 100 Field of Dreams variation ? (Topps didn't give any idea on this, just said they would be in Wave 3)

The wave 2 PR def makes sense, I had 48 Hollywood variations in 40 boxes, 1:6 packs approx. should have 2 in them.

If anyone has a piedmont back of Rowdy Tellez, Elias Diaz, or Jay Buhner, I would love to be able to buy them from you to finish a Piedmont set.

Is this only a 5 wave release? It seems Griffey Jr., Hank Aaron and Willie Mays have not been in any of these first 5 waves. Assuming there will be additional ones...
