Let's face it, if you're not after this, you're just kicking the tires. Personally I think it's a steal at 14+ million dollars - I don't collect MJ otherwise I would have invested in this ultimate collectable.

This is one of those PC items that gets tucked away in a personal stash, NEVER to see the light of day again!

Let's think about the card market for a moment, we all know that card prices will continue t rise until the end of the universe. My associates who work in finance and price fixing tell me that the PMG green MJ will eventually be worth 50 million, while another well known athlete's RPA card will be approximately 25 and a half million. Of course they will continue to rise even beyond that.

Naysayers and my protractors can cry all they want, the fact is that price will always be up, no matter what.

IT'S A STEAL.

MJ's house has been on the market for a looooong time.

At one point, he even offered to include a pair of each Air Jordan up to that point.

I'm in real estate and thought about at least checking it out. But they require you to show a client's proof of funds and none of my clients have that kind of coin.

Some of these high rollers might be halfway to owning that place if they hadn’t bought pieces of cardboard at the top in 2020/2021.
