i was a bit confused on this - to clarify, for P100, there's no way to know if it's a base or a chase without opening the package?

That’s the way it seems to be with the most recent orders.

In the description it says that the hit replaces the base card, but for some reason they were shipping people both. So you knew you got a hit if you received an extra card.

It looks like they “fixed” that problem and started shipping like the original description says, and you have to open to see if you received a /299.

I don’t think there’s any markings on the box, either. The boxes with hits still say “base card” on them.

I bought a 5-box. I really enjoyed the ermsy cards, got my money's worth in fun plus got an artist auto in my 5 boxes. Maybe it's wishful thinking I'll get joy out of these, but I like the format a lot better than last years' topps x p2020 artist mashups.

wonder if p100 szn 3 will ever happen.

I felt the card was printed far too dark.

I will keep the base card I bought, but I turned around and listed the deluxe set I also bought on ebay .99 7-day auction and let it ride... sitting at $40 currently, which is fine if it ends there, I do not need that card in my collection.

Anyway, what's the best way to move them? Sell as a complete set? Player sets? Artist sets? I'd be happy to move them for less than ebay comps, too.

Re: Ermsy - the mashups were fun and I received a /20 Ermsy auto on the card that is a mashup of Trout 2011 US and Adam Bomb. I think to the untrained eye the card is a bit of a mess but I audibly whooped when I saw it.

(not my copy, but this one is on ebay)

The most painless way would probably to sell as artist sets BIN and allow offers. Seems like it would be a nightmare to list and ship each card individually, especially the junk wax era cards.

Oooorrrr... do separate auctions for 20 lots.... cards 1-20, 21-40, 41-60, etc... starting bid .99 like dustino suggested... that would be fun to watch play out.

Most of them do not resell well. Be prepared to eat a lot of money.
