Just like Bowman megas the photo variations are probably stickers while the other autos are on card. Just a guess though.

Same here. I stopped buying wax altogether because I'm priced out but I love following the carnage in real time.

It's pretty funny to watch the feeding frenzy over buying lottery ticket wax in baseball. I'm happy that people can just drop $500-$1000 or more on retail product just to try and hit a card that may shakeout at $200 LOL

That was one of the best parts of blowout. There were so many post of people sharing their breaks so you can see breaks without watching a youtube video.

Now it is a ghost town.

Baseball is somewhat affordable so there are some breaks but def not as many.

Every basketball release would have tons of breaks especially the big releases. Now there are a few of the big releases and some releases there are no posts.

100% true but I'm having so much fun buying singles now I really don't think I'd get into hobby boxes anymore and retail is getting just as bad. You can get sick deals on low numbered HOF on card autos so I'm just doing that.

That's the silver lining in all of this. Let someone else pay that massive premium and firesale singles on ebay to recoup some of their losses. lol

That and dedicated showoff/mailday/pickup threads. I know now most people show off their new stuff in individual player threads..but I miss dedicated threads to these things. I know baseball has a monthly one but it can go days without posts..football has one for the year but again..not too many posts in there..basketball doesn't have one outside the poverty mail day one.

1) I'm shocked how many people were falling over themselves to spend 1000s of dollars on this product at first site. Julio non-autos fall 1 in every 195 boxes.
2) The images they chose for this set are really good
3) Can't fault Topps/Fanatics for introducing a new product that people are ravenous for. As a company they are looking to make money.

5) Once these are shipped out, ebay is going to be flooded with singles from this set. I don't see a Trevor Story green or Eloy Jimenez purple logofractor (both fine players) commanding much on ebay.

Hopefully Sonic comes out next week and not today. Will give people a better chance to complete their home equity loan applications or sell their cars to provide the funds necessary for the Sonic purchase.
