So…. My 3 shipments of Topps Finest were all cancelled and refunded.
A 2 box order on my MC email, and 2 other 3 box orders… a total of 8 boxes.
I have now received shipping details for all of the cancelled orders… labels created and picked up.

What a clown company.

This isn't directed at you specifically, but no one should be wishing for "free" boxes. They can become a headache for you later if Topps messes up when billing you again.

Got shipping notice on 2, 3 box price FF orders. One was made right after drop the other on a non mc account about 3 hours after drop.

Adding, both fedex notices were created at the exact same time.....

I FINALLY have movement on my 1 box of FF from the public sale.

Shipping info was sent to FedEx on august 25th
Package arrived at FedEx location in pompano beach last night at 11:52pm

Scheduled delivery is this Sunday. I’m in PA so I highly doubt I’ll get it then but nice to see it moving finally

Got FedEx tracking for my public order of 3 that was done in first 15-20 mins, wondering if I will actually get them! I hope topps isn’t just dragging this out

Same, I got a fresh tracking email overnight for my 3 public FF. Will be interested to see if they make it out or not.

Reference number in the FedEx notification email should match one of your order numbers on Topps.com

This is wild. My original MC order was cancelled and refunded, like most. I've already received that box. My phone order from the following day was sitting at label created until last night when it arrived at FedEx.

On top of that, I did 10 single box public sale orders, all of which were cancelled and refunded. They've all also been sitting at label created until last night. Now, 4 of those boxes are with FedEx and on the way.

Am I getting at least 5 free boxes or is Topps somehow able to re-charge me for the boxes that they shipped? You really can't even make this stuff up.

Never experienced that situation before but if Topps tries to charge you for them, I would like to think that that's easily disputable with your bank.

You shouldn't have to pay for Topps's incompetence.

If you tear the UPC off a pack of napkins, you can palm that in front of the scanner at Walmart and get a cheap Pokémon blaster. Easy trick to scam a big company out of some money. Because why should we have to pay full price for items we want? Screw these faceless corporations!

That scenario is illegal.

Buying a product online legitimately, getting it 'cancelled' and refunded, then receiving it anyway is not the consumer's fault nor intention. It's completely out of their hands. Is it moral to refuse to pay for it after the fact? Debatable. But let's not compare it to theft/fraud.

I would agree with this and I wasn't trying to start a moral debate. If Topps charges me again for the boxes that I receive, I'm not going to complain/attempt a chargeback/etc.

However, if Topps doesn't charge me again, I'm not going to contact them to inform them that they messed up.

Strange comparison, considering in the accurate version of this analogy you ASKED them to wash your windshield in the first place, they said yes, then said nah, sorry, actually too busy, then shortly thereafter said oh wait, I can do it after all.

Oh my.

Topps didn't send a product (clean your windshield) and then ask for money afterwards. The intentions of both parties were clear. If they go back and correctly charge credit cards, there is no case for a chargeback or whatever nonsense you people come up with.
