The base refractors can be missed in certain lighting. Make sure you check.

I believe if you look at them in a stack, the edges of the refractors are white not silver like the rest

I received less than the minimum and called Topps. They wouldn't do anything stating only 1 Refractor Parallel card was guaranteed. Their below description says otherwise. The Refractors do say refractor on the back under the number from what I have seen on eBay.

It says 1 per right on the front in large lettering on the box you opened. Be grateful you didn't get hung up on. You sound like any customer service/waiters worst nightmare.

In my post I answered someone's question about hits and refractors. We all clearly know what the box says Einstein. Going by Topps description and every post and break no one ever that I have seen received nothing like I did. I Received an insert and ZERO parallel's. Didn't argue just politely asked.
