I confirmed it with the registry group, as I have a 1/1 in one of my sets and it's worth 0 points. Here is what the senior registry coordinator sent me:

Thank you for your score correction request for the Ozzie Albies card. Topps On Demand cards are #1/1 and are Non-Competitive. You may display your card in the set; however, it will not be assigned a value above 0. This is true throughout the CSG Registry.
I asked if it applied to all 1/1 cards, or just the On Demand cards. Here was their response:

Quote:
It applies to all cards that are 5/5 or less. We want you to have the ability to display them, however, due to the rarity, it is difficult to determine a fair score for these types of cards.

Oh good to know. I have a few 1/1s, and a few /5, will send them in anyways because I really like how the new slab look. Would of been nice to get the points though

That would be nice. Would be $10.80 if you have an elite membership. I am waiting for a response to see if they plan on doing grading specials, kind of like how they have membership specials once in awhile.

This is based on what I have seen but might be different for others

Thanks for this. I have requested all rookie stuff currently, but that is the biggest.

Also this is a huge game changer.

My order is ready to be sent tomorrow. I had been waiting for a better price or lower minimum.

I figured this was going to happen but thought it wouldn't be until later this year. Great news!

This is definitely a game changer for them. This will accelerate their submissions. I am entering an order now.

Hi all. Does anyone have a home or family with two people with different accounts but same shipping and billing address? Wondering if I can get a family member to sign up and send out cards of their own and able to sign up with the WELCOME2022 code despite myself having an account and us living at the same address.

The forums are quiet these days. I see less and less people in the hobby and more and more grading companies and vault services being started. I am not grading again until 2023. CSG might be $8 by then.

I am stacking hockey 2021-22 again. I have a bulk order that was logged by CSG on 09/08. The list is above.

Love the drop to 25 minimum for bulk but I'm still waiting a month or so to see if they drop prices a couple bucks.

They've gotta drop prices on the CSG side at some point. I believe CGC will hold firm at current pricing, there's really no slow-down on their side.

CGC is here to stay. Hope cgc just absorbs csg at some point. The two sister companies should have just opened under one name. The numbers would look much more impresive.

quick question - the old slabs... is it only 9.5's with subs that automaticaly reslab to 10's, or does it also include 9.5's without subgrades?

It really seems CSG has been hurt most with PSA lowering prices (and CSG increasing them) from the Gemrate data. If you look just at CSG and not CGC, the numbers are really low.

Finally got some additional slots and my Registry of Kirill Kaprizov jumped a bunch.

Zdawg you are correct. I have noticed that, but I prefer their slabs for my PC items and some other low pop stuff. PSA is going to continue to get more business as they lower their price. I will say it again, CSG has the best slabs, but the market speaks loud and with ROI.

I agree with you. I actually prefer CSG, but unfortunately the market does not reflect that. Therefore you almost have to go to PSA unless it is for PC or you're not concerned with ROI as much.

The registry is just not taking off with CSG. I am ranked #41 and still waiting for some cards to be listed. I am not a big collector, so being that high is not a good sign.

I think many people who participate in registry competitions, PSA is king with that, just have not bothered to put in request. I think CSG would better serve themselves, but having a dedicated team to just add the more popular cards to the system. The pint system is very difficult to understand and I am not trying to get some points upgraded, but am glad the U,it ate was by far my highest point total.

I also have not put all of my cards into the syste, only my Kirill collection.

Day 10 on a bulk that is still marked relieved. Bulk should be going faster, being as their numbers are lower.

I will keep doing my part , putting both PC and other great cards in CSG slabs.

However my OCD will lead me to put red cards in psa slabs. Ha

CSG will keep gaining ground but it will take time and I always suspected that.

As long as they keep going to card shows and winning over customers itll do just fine in due time.

Not everything has to be straight up chart in this hobby

I do not disagree with you. I am not a quick flipper type, although some of what I send it to pay for my submissions, while building my PC.
