Had a $18 special arrived on 7/25 and entered on 8/9 enter grading today. Unfortunately, they changed two of my entries to the wrong variation from what I entered. The cards didn't have a spec yet when I submitted. It's one thing to make a mistake, but to go out of their way to change what I put and then be wrong is frustrating.

feels like it's been stuck in grading for longer than any other $50 economy orders I see here,

I just got my last bulk orders back from 2021.

I have 2 new value orders in QA1 from 6/15/2022, 2 National special orders in QA1 (from 7/15/2022), 1 National order in assembly (from 7/15/2022), and 1 National order in grading (from 7/22/2022).

I feel your pain. My 30$ has been in grading for 2 months. Everyone seems to be in assembly/qa already.

FYI if there is an issue with your order, when you go to report the error if you pick "Other" you can free text (only 50 characters) the issue. The other options are just check boxes with no option to type anything.

My economy order has been stuck in grading since 6/6 and I've had plenty of other orders pop since then. Do you guys think there could be something wrong with it?

I wouldn't worry about it. As many have noted that the value orders are getting finished over economy that was submitted earlier. Doesn't really seem like PSA has their process together and just doing whatever they like.

Unfortunately PSA has never practiced FIFO from what I have experienced.

Has anyone actually seen a value order that has been verified to have shipped? I had a July Special order sent in the same box with an economy order. The July special value order was in QA1 before the economy order even finished grading. I’ve had the economy order back for over a week and the July special value order is still in QA1

I have a 7 card economy crossover order that has been in grading since mid April.

Have been telling myself the the crossover is what's holding things up but at this point I have no clue.

hoping for an 8 or 9 on the ohtani / ichiro dual /5 auto. got some edge issues. just wanted it slabbed for the pc anyway.

No receipt confirmation email that follows 24 hrs from scan.

As of yesterday, still no movement. Even last year, express typically moved to Step 2 24-72hrs of receipt.

Finally called, 5 hr wait for callback (109 callers ahead as of 750am PST/1050am EST). Rep was very helpful. Emailed trk #, she personally called back to confirm receipt as my main concern was it being missing/lost.

Issue as told to me is it incorrectly went in the Value pile. As of yesterday they were working through value as of 8/3 so expect mime 5 days later to go Step 2.

Certainly delayed, but great customer service rep. A side note, seemed they got a ton of volume from July from how it was described to me. Expect delays on lower services.

Update: Received auto-generated email order was received on 8/19.

As of 8/24, it remains in Step 1
