Day before sucked (or the opposite of sucked) but the day of was delicious once it was done

The best way to go through this is to start prepping about 5 days before. Eat a soft diet. Chicken, eggs, veggies, anything that doesn't require your digestive system to work too hard. Then follow the prescribed preparation the day before and day of the procedure. Just don't stray too far from the crapper.

My instructions were 3 days advance prep. Turns out my regular diet is very high fiber. I have been eating bland mushy food since Friday. Today has been clear fluids.
