I don't believe they have been available online as of yet. I think these are being purchased from in store.

Haven't seen a link yet for their exclusive set(s), just reports of people finding them in stores.

Looks like the All-Star Game set is sold out. Same for the generic retail set

They JUST arrived! Opened 1. Gold star set w/ foil board Ohtani (2 if you include the HR leaders card)

Don't know the "trick" though lol PKG number? Mine are the same, so maybe I also got 2 gold star sets?

Found 3 Target chrome sets locally…

The chrome cards are just laying on the top with no protection and sliding around.

The 3 variations were the first 3 cards in two of the sets and laying loose on the top with the 5 card variation pack and chrome card in the 3rd set.

I would not suggest having high expectations of condition on the Chrome or 3 variations.

The trick is to look at the sticker on the front of the box that has the serial number on it.

Outliers are your friend.

In other words, if you have a bunch of the sets to choose from, and see that 8 of them have consecutively-numbered hologram stickers and two have stickers that don't fit the sequence, buy those two (or open those two out of your order of 10 and keep the others sealed to resell, or whatever, etc.).

You are not crazy. They are 1/3 Walmart sets, so ~ x/38,500

Last year, at least, blue star was /299 and orange star was /99.

That seems about right. At first i thought they were /299 tbh, but the 1/3 chance at a parallel set didn’t add up lol Math is hard 🥲

Not sure if this question has been asked. With the Walmart "parallel" sets, are the Tork, Witt, and JRod cards also the parallel variation or would they just be the regular base version? Thanks.

I got a gold star parallel set this weekend. Unfortunately the Witt, JRod, and Tork did not have the stars.

Default Seeking the earliest SSP Image Variation Set (2002 Topps Gallery)

Seeing as this is a thread for variation fans, please let me know if you have any 2002 Topps Gallery Variation 2's. I've been looking for these for 20 years and only have 3. I'd like to complete the set one day.

27 Todd Helton Black bat
56 Albert Pujols Blue wristband

67 Sammy Sosa Red Wrist Band
71 Ivan Rodriguez No wristbands
76 Pedro Martinez No ball
