LeMahieu's had a really encouraging last few weeks. Power isn't what it was, but he's consistently hitting the ball hard.

I recall when Manny Ramirez went from Boston to the Dodgers and played a 1/3 of f the season for LAD. He ended up batting .396 with 17 Home runs and well over a .700 SLG & 1,200 OPS. 53 games and he came in 2nd for the MVP.

Is Judges MVP going to be replaced by Carpenter who will play roughly twice the games as Man Ram in 08. Judge has not produced the way he was before Matt Carp arrived. Is Matt Carp a better version of Man Ram and if Man Ram who was less than stellar in the field can come in 2nd why not Carpenter?

At what score should teams abandon their home run celebration. The Angels brad marsh just went deep to make it 7-1 dodgers but yet he still had the cowboy hat, same thing with the Bluejays and their home run jacket, the Red Sox and their cart and a few other teams. I feel if you are getting beat by a lot those celebrations look more idiotic than cool.
